pls do help with my character

pls do help me with my character .. about 20 mins ago there's a restart of server .. before the restart goes .. i already changed job to pyskeeper and have my new skills .. then server restarts .. when i log in again my character .. i cant use my psykeeper skills now .. i dont know what to do .. pls do help regarding this matter . i think my character bugged or something .. my character name is aLLeria .. thanks ! im looking forward to your action .. just check my screenshot below ..

but u should try killing some mobs with your normal skills
and try to level up

the level up will prob fix the bugg :)

i tried what u said but it doesnt work .. still i cant add skills on my 2nd job .. :(

Could you make a screenshot with your character manu up *when u press h i think*
were all the statts and information stands on?

Its the problem of the server dud.
I already encountered that thing.
So better make another one before its too late. : )
