No Mappers ?

Hey Guys;
I want to ask,why the Server don't search a Mapper!
Because we've Offi Flaris and so on Style!
When a Sector for mapper Recruting is open, I will be there!

I have the eFlyff client and the Patches ,but i've never seen a Custom .Can you show me Pic's?
