Cannot connect.

okay, so i've followed the video on website.
1. i've downloaded v15 flyff and installed it into a fresh folder
2. i've downloaded the patch from megaupload link
3. i've extracted the patch into a fresh folder and copy-pasted into v15 flyff. pressed yes to all when it asked me if i want to overwrite. (izArc errored if i wanted to extract directly to v15 folder. however the way i did it nothing was lost, so it shouldn't be any different)
4. full of enthusiasm of playing flyff after 2 years i tried to log in and GUESS WHAT?!? a message; cannot connect, please check your netword popped up.
i checked the ip in neuz folder and it's set on 127.0.0.1 is that okay?
what can i do to fix this error?

and YES, the server IS online and i AM connected to the internet. my firewall should let flyff trough as i played v16 normal flyff 5mins before installing this server.
