Missing Numbers - Character Login

Well, when I try to log my character in, the number buttons you use to enter your bank pin appear as grey boxes. It's hard to figure out which box is which number, considering that they look exactly the same. I haven't logged in yet, and I've been stuck with this problem and there seem to be no other threads in this forum that talk about solutions. Can anyone please help me?

I've fixed the problem. We seemed to have forgotten to fully patch eFlyff. It works now.
