Something Wrong with Start Empty Something Wrong with Start

Well i downloaded teh v15 client and the patcher from the website.I sent the client to a folder on my desktop and the patcher as well.I extracted the pathcer using WinRAR and Replaced all.I patcher with the correct patcher and pressed start.The patcher closed and it said "Error on Form Load.Address in Use".Can anyone help?o.o
