no Skills and items are missing

Hey Gm, fo some reason i cant use any of my skills, im lvl 60 and trying to do my 2nd job but i am unable to use my skills. I also had a few items in my inventory that are now missing.

this all seemed to occur after the server was restarted today and am very distressed as all the money i spent on the items is not in my inventory,since the items i'd u[graded and the money are missing this would bean that a bug has occured on my character.

My character's name 'CritiusMaster' please help me as I dont know what to do.
